2.1 Acceptance of Terms Accessing, browsing, or completing a purchase on aodecoration.com constitutes full and explicit acceptance of these Terms.

2.2 Orders and Pricing AO DECORATION reserves the right to modify prices, specifications, and availability without prior notice. An order is not final or binding on the company until confirmed in writing by AO DECORATION.

2.3 Custom Products The customer acknowledges that ordering any custom product creates a final contractual commitment once production begins, and no cancellation or refund may be requested thereafter (see Return Policy, Section 1.1).

2.4 Limitation of Liability The company is not liable for delays or damages resulting from customs restrictions, international freight disruptions, or force majeure events.

2.5 Governing Law & Jurisdiction All transactions and digital contracts entered into through this site are governed exclusively by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute shall be submitted exclusively to the Commercial Court of Al Hoceima or Tangier.
