Refund policy

1.1 Custom / Made-to-Order Products Certain AO DECORATION products are manufactured or sourced exclusively to a customer's specifications (dimensions, colors, fabrics, finishes, or other customization). Under the exceptions to the right of withdrawal set out in Moroccan Consumer Protection Law No. 31-08, the right of withdrawal, return, cancellation, or exchange does not apply to custom-made items once production or sourcing has begun. Customers are informed of this before order confirmation, and payment constitutes final acknowledgment of this condition.

1.2 Standard Inventory Products For non-custom items held in standard stock:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, per Article 38 of Law 31-08.
• The item must be returned in its original condition, in its original factory-sealed packaging, fully unassembled and unused.
• The customer bears 100% of return shipping and logistics costs.
• A 15% restocking and inspection fee applies to the value of any approved return.
• Payment processing fees (Stripe, CMI, PayPal, etc.) are non-refundable, as these are costs incurred with third-party processors and are not recoverable by the company.
• Items returned damaged due to misuse, partial assembly, or missing original packaging will be refused or will have the damage value deducted from the refund.

1.3 Consumer Protections That Still Apply Customers retain their full statutory rights where they can demonstrate an actual manufacturing defect or a material non-conformity with the agreed specifications, within the legally applicable time limits.
